Food for Thought chronicles my gastronomic adventures as I sample the various dishes available in the Philippines. This is a first for me as I try to break free from my usually niche which is technology and everything geeky, but I feel that I possess the same passion regarding food as I do with gadgets and electronics. You may notice that most of entries will feature restaurants and food destinations that showcase a lot of presentation in the manner by which they plate their dishes, but I assure you, they taste as well as they look. Nonetheless, the content of this blog will not be limited to such establisments.
I will try to update this blog as often as I dine out (which isn’t quite that often as you may think), but most of my time I spend writing regularly for the Mobile Philippines blog and magazine. I also maintain another blog devoted to helping out those with technology-related problemas at Oasis1.Online which I personally call the Geek Eye for the Clueless Guy. Sadly though, I’ve neglected it for a couple of months now, but I do look forward to updating it soon. I’m hoping that this new blog will not suffer the same fate.
